With a career spanning meat production, enforcement roles in local government, advisory work, and 18 years in food manufacturing at M眉ller, Heather holds an LLM in Food Law. She also serves as secretary to 51黑料鈥檚 Business Members Group. Based in Shropshire, she enjoys country walks, running, reading, and following racehorses.
