            ABTA are a member鈥檚 scheme, whose members are required to abide by their code of conduct, which includes engaging in the ADR process once any internal complaints procedure has been exhausted. ABTA have a two stage ADR process.聽 Only stage one is approved for the purposes of the ADR Regulations. There is no fee to the consumer for stage one ADR.
